Hopefully it is all in the rear-view mirror, but during the peak of the 2020 Covid-19 situation when churches were just barely beginning to open back up for service, I created some signage to help my parish abide by diocese guidelines. Though I hope the social distancing ones age and we have no use for them at all, some might still be helpful if only as a historical reminder of what living through the pandemic was all about.
There is one sign that could stick around even in non-pandemic times (hand-washing is always good!):
